YORUBA FOR YOUTH
Yoruba for Youth is an initiative in the Kids Corner of Ubuntu Archive. The mission of this project is to provide educational resources for Black children to learn about West African culture and connect to their ancestral heritage at an early age. With these creative tools, they will gain a better understanding of Yoruba language, cosmology and guiding principles that foster love and appreciation for the nature-based lifestyle of indigenous people. Children can explore plants, animals, food, art and music while adventuring into the vibrant landscape of a spiritual lineage rooted in Ancient Egypt.
